This is the time of year where I miss Mum the most. Christmas always makes me think of the times we went shopping for presents in Southampton. I would travel down to Southampton after work with my suitcase and presents. Looking forward to going shopping, sitting next to Mum on the sofa watching movies. Getting Bob to pick us up in town after shopping. Going for cake and tea in Pret/Starbucks. Speaking before on the phone or emails. Miss sitting down to open presents in the morning, helping out with cooking. Homemade Christmas pudding by Mum. Afternoon tea with lots of tasty party food.
